Pearl began pursuing a career in Makeup Artistry in 2002 and has been working within the beauty industry ever since. She worked with MAC Cosmetics for several years before becoming a sought-after makeup artist for ABC’s Good Morning America. Pearl worked closely with television anchors, Kate Snow, Robin Roberts, Deborah Roberts, Juju Chang and CNN’s Bianna Golodryga. Currently, Pearl works with Fox News Corp, utilizing her skill to enhance the look of on-air talent.
Personal clients have included Gayle King, Pauletta Washington, Tonya Lewis Lee, Elaine Griffin (Interior Design and Lifestyle Expert and Author of Design Rules), Mellody Hobson (Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ariel Mutual Funds and the former Chairman of DreamWorks Animations SKG INC.), Shaun Robinson (Weekend Anchor and Correspondent for NBC Universal Access Hollywood).
Additionally, she has worked with several contestants in the Commonwealth of Dominica’s National Queen Pageant from 2010 to 2017 and as a Beauty Consultant for the public and private sectors.
She has also created several looks for brides all over the world.
With vast artistry, product knowledge and experience from print, bridal, television to teaching makeup artistry through consulting sessions, Pearl is perhaps best known for her flawless makeup applications which has been coined, “The Pearl Effect.”
